Price Guarantee

We're famous for our low prices and we guarantee the price of the products that you purchase from us. Should you find an identical product advertised by an authorized local distributor for a lower price within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will refund the difference to you. (Please note that this excludes any manufacturer's direct pricing, liquidations and below wholesale cost pricing. Online pricing must be from an authorized Canadian dealer and include any applicable shipping, handling and taxes and only if shippable from them within seven business days.)

Shipping

Shipping time averages between 2 to 21 business days after placing the order.
Universal Lamp will not cover shipping fees that result from additional services provided at the time of delivery. This includes indoor delivery of products shipped via freight companies and/or the rerouting of packages to addresses different than the ship to address provided at the initial time of order.
Universal Lamp will not be liable for any items lost in shipment. This is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Order Accuracy

Please check the accuracy of your order in your confirmation email.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the order placed online or over the phone is accurate.
Universal Lamp will not assume any cost to exchange items purchased in error.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most non-installed items for refund or exchange within 21 days of receipt.

Clearance items are final sale.
Custom items are final sale.
Products must be new, unused (never installed) and unaltered (no clipped wires).
The entire fixture must be returned with all accessories and in its original packaging and factory carton.
Products must be repackaged properly in the original packaging and be received in sellable condition.
A copy of the original receipt needs to be inside the carton.
Contact us by phone or email upon receipt of items you wish to return. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) will be issued to you. This number needs to be included inside the returned box.
If items are damaged upon receipt a photograph needs to be taken of the item and sent to us via mail or email within 48 hours.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be subtracted from the total refund or credit amount on items that were delivered with free shipping.
We recommend including insurance on your return shipment. We cannot accept damaged items.

However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. To ensure that others cannot access your credit card information while on any website, we suggest that you close your browser when you have finished your order. This is especially important if you are using a computer in a public location.

Product Images on our Website
The pictures of the items on the Universal Lamp website are provided by the manufacturers of the products. These pictures are the same as, or similar to, those in the manufacturers' printed catalogues. These pictures are professionally photographed; however, products may look different once installed. Due to variations in computer resolution and colour, there may be slight variations to online images. Universal Lamp is not responsible for such variations in products.
